The purchaser of raffle tickets must be 18 years or older AND in Oregon at the time of purchase.
Ticket sales close at 12:00pm on September 14, 2026. The drawing will be held at 12:00pm on September 15, 2026, at the Feral Cat Coalition of Oregon (4522 S Water Ave, Portland, OR).
Winners need not be present to win.
